Lever gear indicators (IRB) are used to measure the deviation of shape and position of various surfaces using the comparison method, with axial and radial runout.
They are ideal for comparative measurements.
The main advantages of lever gear indicators include their small size and the possibility of side mounting, which allows them to be used for measurements in hard-to-reach places.
