This section presents lever clamps manufactured by MICROTECH.
We offer lever calipers from leading manufacturers: MICROTECH, FMS Steinmeyer, and Mahr. These calipers have a measuring range of up to 300 mm and provide high accuracy with a resolution of 0.002, 0.001, or 0.0001 mm.
All our lever calipers undergo strict metrological control in the accredited metrological laboratory of MICROTECH in accordance with ISO 17025. In addition, we provide an official warranty for all our products.
Our lever calipers are designed to measure by comparing the external dimensions of parts with end measures and are used in the following areas:
- Sorting parts by size groups;
- Determination of ovality;
- Measurement of taper and other parameters.
They are mainly used for: determining the ovality of parts, sorting parts into different size groups if necessary, determining conicity, etc.
How a lever clamp works: one of the clamp's heels is adjustable for setting the initial size of the part, while the other heel is movable and connected to a measuring device.
Lever clamps can be produced in several modifications with a built-in measuring device as well as with a removable one.
The division price of a lever clamp for controlling precision ground and ground parts is 2 and 1 micrometers.
Microtech has mastered the serial production of a wide range of lever clamps with a division price of 1 μm:
smooth SR-type calipers with a 1MIGC digital indicator and the ability to connect to a computer via Bluetooth;
-SRZTS type tooth gauge clamps with a 1MIGTS digital indicator and the ability to connect to a computer via Bluetooth;
-Quick-release SRB type calipers with a 1MIGC digital indicator and Bluetooth connectivity.
All lever clamps leaving the production line have been 100% calibrated in an accredited laboratory in accordance with ISO 17025.
