They measure external and internal dimensions, groove height and depth, and various geometric elements of surfaces during the manufacturing process. High-precision vertical guidance also allows for the measurement of surface shape and position errors (straightness, perpendicularity, parallelism, runout, etc.). Length gauges provide fast and accurate probing of the part surface with constant measuring force, high reliability thanks to microprocessor-controlled data reading, high accuracy, and convenient control of measuring operations.
